Founded by Charles Brown, Charlotte Remodeling Company has been a cornerstone of the residential remodeling industry since 1978. As a licensed NC contractor since 1994, Charles brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every project. With a deep-rooted connection to North Carolina, we are intimately familiar with the diverse range of building products used in homes across Charlotte, from those built in the 30s to the latest constructions.

At Charlotte Remodeling Company, we strive to make the remodeling process as seamless as possible for our clients.
Initial Assessment
Once you schedule an appointment with us, we will visit your property to measure the areas to be renovated, take detailed photos, and discuss your project in depth. Based on our initial assessment, we will determine if an architect or designer is needed to help you visualize the finished product.
Design and Planning
For exterior additions, architectural plans will be required to obtain a building permit and meet zoning setback requirements. Once the design work is complete, we will provide you with a detailed start-to-finish estimate for your project. To proceed, we will require a signed contract along with a deposit to secure a start date.
Material and Fixture Selection
Throughout the project, we will provide you with contact information for our trusted vendors to begin the material and fixture selection process. We ensure that critical selections are in stock or on their way before commencing the renovation. If you prefer to work with your own vendors, we are open to collaboration.
Finalization
We will submit invoice draws after completing certain phases of the project and address any punch list items before final payment, which includes totaled material and fixture allowances.
Warranty Details and More
Charlotte Remodeling Company stands behind our work with a 1-year warranty starting from the project's finish date. Please note that all appliances will need to be registered by the homeowner for warranty purposes.
